Hello Racers,

Welcome to the WORLD CENTER OF RACING! Ricky Carmichael, MX Sports and our partners at Daytona International Speedway are thrilled to host you this weekend for the 9th Annual Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross. We hope you have been reviewing the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Staging Area emails in preparation for a fun and safe weekend, but if you missed our final Staging Area email that was sent out on Wednesday, you can VIEW IT HERE. That link is very helpful and includes all of the hours for our Gates, Registration and Race Order.

Please review the final notes below as you travel into Daytona and get set-up.

  1. No Campfires this weekend.
  2. There will be advanced security on Saturday night as you enter the Fan Zone area for Pro Supercross race. Make sure you do not have any items like pocket knives as they will be confiscated.
  3. No jumping the spectator fence on Saturday night after the final main event. You will see fans are permitted to enter the racetrack area as they traditionally have been, but you cannot jump the fence from the Amateur RCSX section. You can enter the track at safe openings in the fence created by Daytona staff.
  4. No one is permitted on the racetrack at anytime during the Amateur races on Sunday or Monday. There is no signal area and all parents and mechanics must remain in spectator areas during the race.

The official event website is www.racedaytona.com and you can follow along all weekend on our social media for the most recent news.
