  • How do I get into the Speedway?

    If you are coming from I-95, exit at International Speedway Blvd and head east toward Daytona Beach. Turn right onto Williamson Blvd for 1/2 mile; then left on Midway Avenue for 1 mile; and left into Gate 50. (DO NOT enter Gate 40.) Park in the large parking lot near the Back Stretch Ticket Booth.  That is where our RCSX/MX Sports Welcome Center is located. 

  • Where do I pick up my tickets/credentials?

    You can pick up your credentials, camping passes and NASCAR Garage assignment at the RCSX/MX Sports Welcome Center located adjacent to the Back Stretch Ticket Booth at Gate 50.  You must have your credentials and camping pass in order to enter the Speedway. 

  • When can I get into the Speedway?

    The RCSX/MX Sports Welcome Center hours are:

    Friday               9:00 am – 7 pm

    Saturday          9:00 am – 7 pm

    Sunday             6:30 am – 7 pm

    Monday           9:00 am – 7 pm

    Tuesday           6:30 am – 12 pm

  • I will be arriving at the Speedway Friday evening after 7pm. Will I be able to get in?

    No - not until Saturday morning.

Practice

  • What do I do with the Practice Sticker?

    The sticker will have a number on it representing the practice group you were assigned. Put the practice sticker on the left chin of your helmet. If you are in more than one class and the classes practice together or close together, you may request an alternate practice group. We will place you with a group of comparable skill level and bike size.

  • What time is Practice?

    7:30 am daily

  • How many laps will we get for practice?

    Sunday 5 laps/Monday 3 laps/Tuesday 4 laps

    Practice is weather permitting. There will only be one rotation through the Practice Schedule.

  • Where do I go if I have questions on Sunday-Tuesday?

    Friday: RCSX/MX Sports Welcome Center or stop any MX Sports staff parking member.  They can radio management to answer your questions.

    Saturday: Boardwalk Club

    Sunday – Tuesday: Inspection Garage located at the intersection of Pit Road and the NASCAR Yellow Garage. 

  • Where can I find MYLAPS?

    The MYLAPS Timing & Scoring Center will also be located at the Inspection Garage at the intersection of Pit Road and the NASCAR Yellow Garages. That’s where we will post the Race Order, Results, Gate Pics, etc. You can also get your Lap Times here.

  • How do I get lap times printed?

    You can get copies of your lap times from the kiosk located in the Inspection Garage. Simply enter your transponder number on the touch screen, and your reports will automatically print. Lap time reports are not official race results. Always check the posting board for official results. 

  • Where do I pick up my rented transponder?

    You can pick up your rented transponder at Registration.

  • Where do I return my rented transponder?

    Return your transponder to the Inspection Garage at the intersection of Pit Road and the NASCAR Yellow Garage – the same garage where you get lap times printed. 

Miscellaneous

  • Is there an FM radio station?

    Yes. Tune into 107.9 FM for race coverage and event information.

  • Can I use a Pit Vehicle?

    All Pit Vehicle Rules will be strictly enforced. Violators of the Pit Vehicle Rule could be asked to leave the speedway. 

    The 2024 Rules are:

    • Golf Carts and Side-by-Sides are permitted as pit vehicles
    • 2 wheeled motorcycles are NOT permitted
    • No ATV pit vehicles
    • Operators MUST be Adults (18+)
    • No lifted vehicles
    • No pit vehicles outside of the amateur pit area
    • Pit vehicles must be operated in a safe manner.
    • Speed Limit 10 MPH
    • Strict 10:00 PM curfew

    Note: Electric motorized motorcycles with a throttle are considered pit vehicles. E-Bike (pedal assist) bikes are NOT considered pit vehicles and are allowed by all ages. 

  • Is there a curfew?

    Yes.  This is our “Quiet Time” - no loud noise or pit vehicles after curfew. Our riders need their rest!

  • Can I bring my Drone?

    No. Drones and aerial devices are strictly prohibited at Daytona International Speedway. Any unauthorized drones will be confiscated by DIS Security.

  • Can I wash my bike at my pit area?

    No. A bike wash area is available in the truck lot located next to the Infield Care Center. The area will be equipped with power washers for your convenience.

  • I love my dog. Can I bring her/him?

    Yes, but only if you keep her at your campsite. Pets are not allowed into the Fan Zone or racetrack areas.

  • I got hurt. Where do I go?

    We are very fortunate to have Florida Health Infield Care Center onsite in the infield close to Turns 3 and 4 of the car track. This Care Center is staffed with nurses and doctors during race operations. If you need medical attention, please report directly to the Care Center or go to any DIS employee and they will be able to radio for help. Of course, you can always call 911.

  • Is Fuel Available Onsite?

    Yes.  The MotoStop will be on site.  They will have the following fuel: Standard 110, Supreme 112, 260 GTX, 260 GT, 260 Plus, EXO2, MO2X.  Hours of operation are:

    Friday:             12 pm – 6 pm

    Saturday:         9 am – 6 pm

    Sunday:           7 am – 6 pm

    Monday:         7 am – 6 pm

    Tuesday:         7 am – 2 pm

  • Where Can I Ship Packages?
