Media Credential Program

Welcome to the Media Credential Program for the 16th Annual Ricky Carmichael Daytona Supercross.

For the 2025 RCSX, DVSX and ATVSX events, Media Credentials will be handled by Daytona International Speedway. To apply you will need to follow the link at the bottom of the page to fill out the form.

The deadline to fill out a Media Credential Application will be February 21, 2025.

REQUEST DETAILS:

All credential requests for the 2025 Bike Week at Daytona International Speedway must be submitted by the media outlet's editor, sports editor, sports director, or sports producer and should include everyone from the outlet that requires access to the event.

Submission of an application does not guarantee credentials will be issued. Additionally, if multiple personnel are submitted for an outlet, Daytona International Speedway reserves the right to limit the number of credentials for the outlet. Therefore, the outlet may be asked to reduce the number of submissions.

Previous approval of a credential does not guarantee future approvals for a credential.

Please make every effort to submit only one application per news organization by consolidating the credential requests of your sports, news and photography departments. If you need to submit more than four (4) individuals for credential requests, please reach out to Stephanie Harris at [email protected] and Josh Pena at [email protected] in advance of submission.

Freelance writers, photographers and bloggers may submit a request, however, Daytona International Speedway will make all decisions regarding approvals, outlets, number of credentials allowed per outlet and access.

Each person applying for credentials must include a unique email address and cell phone number on their application. If you are submitting applications for multiple people from your outlet, please ensure that you provide this information for all names. Without unique email address and cell phone numbers, Daytona International Speedway may not be able to provide you with event and credential information, and your application may be denied.

If the person filling out the request also needs a credential, you will need to add yourself on step two with everyone else.

Minors cannot receive a media credential, nor can they be added to a media member’s credential.

If you have any questions regarding this application, please email Stephanie Harris at [email protected] or Josh Pena at [email protected]

To add additional applicants, please answer "YES" to the final question on the page. Selecting "NO" will submit your completed application to Daytona International Speedway.

Attention: College and University Outlets

For all races at Daytona International Speedway which a college or university outlet (newspaper, TV station, radio station, etc.) wishes to credential reporters or photographers, an advisor or professor who oversees the program must reach out to Steph Harris ([email protected]) or Josh Pena ([email protected]) to receive media credentials through the College Program.

Through the College Program, students will have the opportunity to cover events at Daytona International Speedway from the perspective of a media member (print, broadcast, or digital). They will have the same access and responsibilities as a media member, and will be held to the same at-track etiquette and standards. The Daytona International Speedway PR team will provide guidance on media etiquette, as well as tips for media coverage of a motorsports event.

  • Students should not apply for credentials through the track credential applications. All credential applications must be submitted by the professor or advisor.
  • Applications/requests are due to Steph or Josh THREE weeks prior to the event weekend, which is one week prior to the credential deadline for each track.
  • Due to the rising popularity of credential requests from college programs in recent years, outlets may be limited in the number of credential requests that will be approved for each event.

Credential Deadline: February 21, 2025
